RETURN POLICY

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED

All products have a FOREVER REFUND POLICY

If you want to return any product you purchased; simply:

1. Contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

2. Safely package the product and be sure to include your original receipt (after you save a copy for yourself).

3. Prepay your package to the return address provided with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

4. Be sure to control the shipped package, insure it, and require a signature upon delivery.

5. DO NOT send the package to any other address other than the address included with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  Any other address will not accept or be liable for loss or product.

REFUND  CONDITIONS

Products that have not been opened and are in the exact original condition as when we shipped to you are eligible for a full refund of your original purchase price from us.

If you purchased it from anyone else, get your refund from them, and they can get a refund from us.

PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS

If the product is opened, but no noticeable wear & tear, or damage, or included items are worn; we may make a full refund.  If not, we will contact you with a proposed refund that you may accept or reject or negotiate.  If no agreement is made, we will return the product to you and we will pay the shipping.

We happily quickly process refunds, and expect to re-sell the products to others at the current price.  We also want your happiness and further business.
